The Nigerian Government has insisted that it would prosecute all companies and individuals indicted in the Fuel Subsidy report after a thorough investigation.
Attorney General and Minister Justice, Mohammed Bello Adoke (SAN), who made the clarification in Abuja, said the government would respect and uphold the court order made in favour of Integrated Oil and Gas Ltd, one of the companies indicted by the probe committee of the house of representatives.
Adoke who spoke through his legal representative, Adegboyega Awomolo (SAN) stated categorically that all companies indicted, will be thoroughly investigated and prosecuted except Integrated Oil and Gas Ltd pending the determination of the main suit instituted against government.
