Anpp Calls On Fg To Cater For Victims Of Flood, Insists On Going Ahead With Planned Merger With Other Political Parties.




The All Nigeria Peoples Party ANPP has advocated a comprehensive policy that can help all those affected by flood in some parts of the country to fully rehabilitate them so as to go beyond the temporary relief that is being given by the Federal Government.

The national Chairman of ANPP, Dr.  Ogbonaya Onu made the call at Media Conference on the state of nation in Abuja.

Dr. Onu said that  serious efforts should be made to rehabilitate those affected, so that they can get back their lives as a matter of  urgency adding that the nation cannot afford to plunge more Nigerians into homelessness, despair and poverty. 


The ANPP Chairman also disclosed that there is no going back on the proposd merger with other political parties to restle power from the ruling PDP in the next general elections.

He stressed that the ANPP is working very hard to merge with other major opposition political Parties as consultations and discussions with and among the leaders of these opposition political Parties have reached an advanced stage.
