The Federal Government has
arraigned three policemen and five suspected Boko Haram members before the
Federal High Court in Abuja.
They are accused masterminding
an attack on a Police Station in Gombe State which led to the killing of the
Divisional Police Officer and three other policemen.
All the suspects detained
in the station were also freed.
The accused persons pleaded
not guilty to the charges and Justice Adeniyi Ademola ordered that they should
be remanded in prison and adjourned the case to May twenty six to hear their
bail application.
