Boko Haram Have Crippled Socio-Economic Activities In My Domain - Emir Of Gwoza

The Emir of Gwoza in Borno, Alhaji Idrissa Timta, has decried the renewed insurgency in the area, saying it had crippled the socio-economic activities in his domain.

This is contained in a statement issued by the Emir in Maiduguri.

The emir said it was unfortunate that the people have witnessed increased attacks with mass killings by the insurgents in the last four months.

He appealed to security agents to intensify patrol on major roads to prevent the attacks.
