The Federal Government has
declared next Tuesday, January fourteen as public holiday to commemorate
Eid-El-Mallud, the birthday of Prophet Mohammed.
The Minister of Interior, Abba
Moro, who announced this in a statement in Abuja enjoined Muslims and other
Nigerians to use the occasion to pray for peace in the country.
