Goodluck Jonathan will on Tuesday in Abuja officially begin disbursement of the
of the two hundred and twenty billion naira Micro ,Small and Medium Enterprises
fund.

Emefiele who disclosed this at the opening of the eight MSME financial
conference and Entrepreneurship Award on Monday, said the sector remains
critical economic drivers.
Emefiele noted that balanced and inclusive
growth and development depend largely on affordable and efficient financial
services to MSME,especially the micro entrepreneurs who account for more than
ninety percent MSME in Nigeria.
He stressed that the sector must be strengthened
in other to forestall the inevitable adverse socio-economic consequences of
financial exclusion.
