Nigerian Army Reviews Curfew In Maiduguri


The Nigerian Army has reviewed the curfew in Maiduguri, the capital of the troubled Borno State.

The Deputy Director, Army Public Relations, Colonel Sani Usman said in a statement that the curfew would now be between the hours of seven pm to six am.

Colonel Usman said everybody must comply with the directive and anyone found flouting the directive will be arrested and prosecuted.

Before now the curfew was from nine pm to six am daily.
