Atiku Condoles Ganye Community Over Terrorist Attacks, Loss Of Lives

Atiku Abubakar

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has again called for increased effort to combat the spate of terrorist attacks in the country.
Atiku who is the Sardauna of Ganye, made the call in a message delivered by a delegation he sent to condole with the people of Ganye in Adamawa State, which recently came under brutal attacks by unidentified gunmen in the area.
Represented by two prominent leaders of Adamawa State, Mr. Maxwell Gidado (SAN) and Siddiki Jauro, the former Vice President personally conveyed his profound sympathy to the Chief of Ganye, Alhaji Umaru Adamu Sanda over the tragic loss of lives and property that accompanied the terrorist attacks.
In his letter of condolence to the people of Ganye, Atiku said he was deeply traumatized by the deadly attack on the people of Ganye by terror gangs.
According to him, the destruction of the lives of innocent people on whatever scale, was indefensible and despicable.
The former Vice President and Turaki Adamawa urged the people of Ganye and other Nigerians at large to be more vigilant in the face of these grim challenges of insecurity.
He also called for continued prayers for an end to these complex insecurity crises confronting the country.
