The Chief of Air Staff, Air
Marshal Adesola Amosu says the military have an idea of where the
Nigerian Air Force Alpha Fighter Jet that went missing after a military
operation in Konduga, Borno state.
He told State House
Correspondents after a meeting with President Goodluck Jonathan in Abuja that
he was hopeful that before the end of the day or week, the force would be able
to provide credible information on to the location of the aircraft and the
pilots.
The Air Chief expressed the
hope that the pilots, manning the missing jets might still be alive.
