Secretary Professor Wale Oladipo says Adamawa state Acting Governor Umar
Fintiri will not re-contest in twenty fifteen if he emerged as winner in the
October eleven governorship by-election.
Professor Oladipo
told newsmen in Abuja that this was agreement reached with the party
leadership and aspirants who contested the September six Adamawa PDP primaries.
He debunked
insinuations that the party leadership was using the agreement to deny the
state acting governor from contesting in 2015 saying the governor himself was
the person that said made the proposal.
