A building belonging to Christ
Chosen Church has collapsed in Benin City, the Edo state capital.
Three people were feared dead
but the state Commissioner of Police, Foluso Adebanjo said only one person died
in the incident.
Our correspondent gathered that
the building collapsed when boys hired by the church to demolish the structure
were working on it.
Angry youths in the area set
fire to a building belonging to the church in protest.
