The Lagos State Chapter of the
Nigeria Union of Pensioners has protested the alleged non-payment of their
pension arrears.
The pensioners accused Governor
Babatunde Fashola of not paying attention to their plight.
Chairman of the chapter, Nojeemibrahim
who led to protester to the governor’s office at Alausa said some of them have
died waiting for their pensions.
