IGP REDEPLOYS SENIOR POLICE OFFICERS

The Acting Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Abubakar, has approved the posting and re deployment of 67 Assistant Commissioners of Police and 70 Chief Superintendents of police

In a statement signed by the Force Deputy Public Relations Officer,  Frank Mba, the Inspector General stated that the posting has become necessary to reposition the force for greater efficiency,

The Inspector General Charged the affected officers to re- dedicate themselves to the task of providing security to the people and working with their new state commands to check crimes at the community level
