President of the Senate, Senator David Mark has lamented the doubles plane crash involving Nigeria Cargo plane and DANA Airline in Accra, Ghana and Lagos, Nigeria respectively,just as he sympathised with victims of the crashes also pledging that the Senate will investigate and get to the root of the unfortunate incident.
Senator Mark who received with shock the news of the multiple crash on Sunday said it was very unfortunate and dishearthning that Nigerians lost their lives in plane crash, "I feel so sad and heartbroken hearing the news of this ugly incident. It is quite unfortunate and dishearthning. We mourn the loss of lives and prayed God to put a stop to every form of evil in our land.
He assured that the Senate will investigate and get to the root of the plane crashes , "the Senate will definately investigate the cause of this ugly incident to checkmate any future occurence". Senator Mark assured.
The President of the Senate who sympathised with the families of the victims of the crashes and pray God to give them eternal rest . Senator Mark however charged Airline operators accross the country to be more alive to their responsibilities making safety a priority.
