National Conference Delegates Fail To Agree On What Constitute Majority Vote

Delegates to the national conference have again failed to agree on what should constitute the majority vote.

The presidency had said seventy five percent should form the majority in the absence of consensus.

But some delegates said two thirds should form the majority.


The conference is expected to resolve the matter today.
