Oyo State Police Command Restricts Okada Movement Around Banks

Oyo state police command has restricted the movement of Okada riders to 500 metres radius of any bank in the state.

The command warned Okada riders to steer clear of banking premises due to the growing robbery attacks on bank clients.

A release by police PRO in the state, Olabisi Ilobanafor said police investigation revealed that robbers now use Okada to trail movement of people in and out of Bank and later violently attack them.

It said violators will be arrested and prosecuted.
