Boko Haram has claimed
responsibility for the abduction of over two hundred school girls in Chibok,
Borno state.
The sect leader, Abubakar
Shekau said in a video obtained by the AFP threatened to sell the girls abducted
three weeks ago.
Meanwhile, a woman who
helped organised protests in Abuja over the abduction, has been detained
shortly after a meeting with the First Lady, Patience Jonathan.
Naomi Mutah was reportedly
detained for allegedly making a false claim that she is a mother of one of the
missing girls.
