Public Complaints Commission Unveils Public Feedback Mechanism.

The Public Complaints Commission has unveiled an independent public feedback mechanism for anyone seeking redress against administrative injustice in the country.

Briefing newsmen in Abuja, the National Secretary of the commission, Eteng Otu said over the years, they have received hundreds of thousands of complaints from aggrieved citizens adding that the feedback mechanism was a platform for all complaints to be addressed.

The co-chairman Business Action Against Corruption in Nigeria, Soji Apampa commended the commission for the initiative pointing out that the system was designed to assist complaints make reports even anonymously.
