Twenty fourteen budget has
been signed into law by President Goodluck Jonathan.
The budget was handed over
to the Minister of Finance, Doctor Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and the Director of
Budget Office, Doctor Bright Okogu, today for implementation.
The Special Adviser to the
President on Media and Publicity Doctor Reuben Abati said the budget was signed
by the President on Wednesday.
According to him, the
document was only handed over to the Finance Minister today because she was not
present at the signing ceremony.
