The Lagos State Police
Command has denied rumour of Boko Haram attack in the state.
The command’s spokesperson
Ngozi Briade made the denial in a chat with newsmen at Premier College Group of
Schools in Palm Avenue, Mushin, were the sect members purportedly invaded to
abduct students.
She said the rumour was
meant to cause panic in the state.
The Executive Director of
the College, Abraham Martins accused some unscrupulous element of trying to
destroy the image of the school.
