A constitutional lawyer, Fred Agbaje has condemned
attempts by the Federal Government to differentiate between stealing and
corruption.
He said there is no difference between the two.
The lawyer noted that both corruption and stealing are
products of a fragmented and demented minds.
Fred Agbaje said attempts
by the Federal Government and ICPC to differentiate between corruption and
stealing would encourage corrupt public officials and civil servants to
continue in the illicit act.
