Akala's Domestic Servant Robbed Him- Oyo Police

Barely two weeks when the house of former Governor Alao-Akala was reported robbed by unknown assailants, the Oyo State Police Commissioner Muhammed Indabawa today paraded Akala's Domestic servant as the mastermind who burgled and stole personal belongings of his master.

The suspect, Francis Adebuwa said he solely executed the stealing of 28 pairs of shoes, foreign currencies and jewelleries and other properties.

Francis, 28 years further said that he planned to move the stolen items when investigations might have died down.

He said he started working with the Former governor in 2009 since he came from Republic of Benin and was paid 25,000 per month.

The CP stated that the suspect broke the wall in the mansion to create an impression that the house was invaded.
