A 70 year old man who
allegedly raped a thirteen-year-old girl in Barkin Ladi Local Government Area
of Plateau State on Thursday has been arrested by the police.
The State Commissioner of
Police, Chris Olakpe during a media chat in Jos said that the suspect, who is
HIV positive, was arrested, following a tip off by neighbours.
The police boss said the
command is working on measures to bring cases of paedophile to its barest
minimum in Plateau.
