The Federal Executive
Council has approved the installation of special security apparatus at all
motor parks, congregational areas and schools to check terror attacks in the
Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The council also approved
the immediate importation of one hundred new high capacity buses to ease
transportation problem of commuters following the destruction of some buses by
Monday’s explosion at Nyanya Park.
The Minister of FCT, Bala
Mohammed told newsmen after the weekly council’s meeting that the government
would continue to ensure the safety of lives and property in the FCT.
