An Asaba High Court has
sentenced a man to death by hanging for robbing his victims of five thousand,
five hundred naira, two handsets while armed with a cutlass.
The prosecution said Emeka
Nweke and his gang members who are at large, carried out the robbery operation
in September twenty twelve.
Another High Court in
Asaba sentenced a twenty six year-old man commercial motorcyclist Ndubuisi to
death by hanging for robbing his victims on Benin-Asaba Highway at gunpoint.
