Protesting Women Took Over Anambra Government House Over Payment Of Tax And Levy

Not less than 500 petty traders mainly women today barricade the entrance of Government House Awka in protest of alleged excessive tax imposed on them by the Anambra state Government.

The peaceful protest later turned rowdy as the women refused entreat by the Secretary to the state Government to talk to them.
