Revenue Mobilisation Commission Insists 13 Percent Derivation For Oil Communities Development.

 The Revenue Mobilisation ,Allocation and Fiscal Commission says state governments will continue to revenue the 13 percent derivation on behalf of oil producing communities.

Revenue Mobilisation commission chairman,Engr Alias Mbah,who disclosed this told our correspondent that the Act of the commission does not allow direct payment to oil producing communities, except the Act was amended.

He however argued that the 13 percent derivation was for development of oil producing communities ,and not for state capital development.
