High Court Adjourns Trial Os Suspected Aluu Four Killers


A high court in Port Harcourt has adjourned till 31st October the trial of twelve persons arrested in connection with the killing of four students of the University of Port Harcourt in Omoukiri Aluu community in Rivers State.

The adjournment followed the tendering of video clips showing how the four undergraduates were tortured to death by a mob in Omuokiri Aluu community.


The 30 minutes video tendered as evidence by the Chief Prosecutor and Solicitor General of Rivers State Rufus Godwins showed how the students were paraded naked in the community and tortured to death with dangerous objects with a crowd of people watching with excitement.
