The resumed trial of a suspected Boko
Haram member, Mustapha Umar, charged with blowing up the Offices of This day
newspapers and two other media Houses, brought back memories of the April
2013 attack.
The
prosecution, led by Simon Labaran, brought burnt remains of a Honda car, 12 gas
cylinders allegedly used by Umar in his attempt to blow up the building.
Presiding
Judge, Justice Adeniyi Ademola and other parties to the suit, came down from
the court room to inspect the vehicle.
Earlier
in his evidence, the witness, who wore mask, said he was an exhibit keeper at
the Sabon Gari police station in Kaduna.
