Bowing to pressure from State Governors, President
Goodluck Jonathan on Tuesday, approved the
disbursement of 1 billion Dollars to the 36 states and the Federal Capital
Territory (FCT) to enable them execute people oriented projects in line with
the Federal
Government’s Transformation Agenda.
This is in addition to deduction of 1 billion Dollars for fuel subsidy payments.
