Northern Delegates Reject News Draft Consitution

Delegates from the north to the national conference, have rejected the new draft constitution presented to them by the leadership of the conference.

The report and the draft constitution are to be debated today.

They vowed to reject the draft constitution on the grounds that the conference lacks the legal and moral authority to produce the document.

According to the northern delegates, the conference was constituted to serve as advisory body to the President.
