The
Presidency has faulted the claim by Borno State Governor, Kashim Shettima that
Boko Haram insurgents are better armed and motivated than the military.
The
Senior Special Assistant on Public Affairs, Doctor Doyin Okupe, said the
insurgents now engage in a guerrilla warfare because they have been dislodged
from their hideouts.
He said
the armed forces were doing their best to checkmate the activities of Boko
Haram.
