Borno
State Governor, Kasheem Shettima says Boko Haram members are better armed and
motivated than the Nigerian troops.
He said
it is impossible to defeat the insurgents given the present state of affairs
and declared that Nigeria is in a state of war.
Governor
Shettima who spoke to journalists at the State House after a meeting with
President Jonathan added that Boko Haram members have recently overrun some
communities in the state without being challenged by the military.
He said
the leaders should be held responsible for Boko Haram crisis.
