President Goodluck
Jonathan has presided over a National Security Council meeting at the State House,
Abuja.
It is the first meeting
since the appointment of the new service chiefs and their confirmation by the Senate.
The service chiefs
declined to speak to the media after the four hour meeting.
There have been renewed
attacks since the new Chief of Defence Staff, Air Marshall Alex Badeh promised
the Boko Haram menace in April this year.
