NEMA Issues Early Disaster Warning Message; Calls For Establishment Of More State Emergency Management Agencies.

The National Emergency Management Agency NEMA says it has developed an early warning message which it hopes will serve as guide to all stakeholders in disaster management.

This is coming on the heels of the 2013 seasonal rainfall prediction of the Nigeria Meteorological Agency NIMET.
