The Nigerian army has
inaugurated a General Court Martial to try ninety seven soldiers including
fifteen senior officers for mutiny related offences.
The General Court Martial
which is to be presided over by Brigadier General Musa Yusuf and Lieutenant
Colonel Ukpe as Judge Advocate would be held on October fifteen.
Before the adjournment of
the trial, General Yusuf read out the charges to affected soldiers.
