A new legislation which will
limit the ability of the Paparazzi to photograph the children of starts has
become law in the US state of California.
The bill which was championed
by actress Halle Berry, sets out to protect the children of those in the public
eye.
The bill lays out penalties
for taking photos and video of a child without the consent of the parents.
