Rivers state governor Rotimi Ameachi has been
denied asses to a major road leading to the Rivers state government house by a
police detachment drafted to seal up the office of the New P D P situated few
meters away from the government house.
An
eyewitness confirmed that the convoy of the governor was ordered to seek an
alternative route following an order by the Rivers state commissioner of police
that no one should be allowed move close to the sealed pro Baraje PDP office in
Port Harcourt.
