Chief Akpabio thanked members of the church for their persistent prayers that led to his re-election as a Governor, and pledged to perform better to justify the prayers offered for him.

In his sermon, the Rt. Rev. Edet Otohotoho reading from Isaiah 43:19 said the country was facing insecurity caused by Boko Haram insurgency, which according to him, was a spiritual warfare ad a potent sign of danger.
