Congress presidential candidate, retired Major General Muhammadu Buhari says
the Independent National Electoral Commission should not be blamed for the poll
shift since it was forced to postpone the February general elections.
He told a news conference
in Abuja that the decision has strengthened the party's resolve and commitment
to rescue the country from the current economic and social collapse.
