The House of
Representatives has asked President Goodluck Jonathan to sack the Minister of
Aviation, Stella Oduah for contravening the twenty thirteen Appropriation Act.
The resolution followed
the consideration and adoption of the report of the House Committee on Aviation
which investigated the alleged purchase of two armoured cars.
The report said the BMW
armoured cars were neither provided for in the Act nor was due process followed
in the purchase and directed the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority, NCAA to
terminate all transactions and loan agreements with First Bank of Nigeria.
