INEC says it has so far
distributed forty two point seven million Permanent Voter Cards ahead of next
month’s elections.
This represents sixty two
percent of the PVCs.
The total number of
registered voters is sixty eight point eight million.
INEC said it has also
distributed one hundred and forty five thousand card readers.
