A Coroners’ inquest instituted by the Lagos State Government to investigate the third of June, twenty twelve, Dana plane crash has concluded hearing but did not give a definite verdict on the cause of the crash.

The Coroner, Oyetade Komolafe, said he could not give a verdict on the crash due to the absence of the Accident Investigation Bureau report.
