NEMA Presents Relief Materials To Widows Of Slain Soldiers

The National Emergency Management Agency has presented relief materials to widows of slain soldiers in the fight against the Boko Haram insurgency in Maiduguri.

The Director, Search and Rescue of the agency, Air Commodore Chris Otegba, presented the materials to the GOC of seven-Division of the Nigerian Army in Maiduguri Maj.-Gen. Lamidi Adeosun.

He said the president directed that NEMA should lend support to the widows of slain soldiers in addition to what it has been providing to Internally Displaced Persons to boost the morale of soldiers currently uprooting the insurgents.
