Court discharges Deji Abiola

An Ikeja high court on monday discharge Deji Abiola over the allegation of 35 million naira fraud.            

                         

Justice Adeniyi Onigbanjo freed the first son of late MKO Abiola following report of settlement filed by the parties.     

                      

The economic and financial Crimes commission had dragged Deji to court for allegedly defrauding one Babajide Jose of the sum on the presence of importing a printing machine for him from Switzerland. 

                                    

Trial had already commenced before the parties informed the court of their resolved to settle out of court.
